Erik Babcock is an experienced trial lawyer specializing in criminal defense. He also has extensive experience in civil litigation defense. He represents individuals and companies in a range of criminal and civil matters in both state and federal court. He also regularly defends clients in regulatory, administrative and licensing matters.
Mr. Babcock also has extensive experience in appeals and writs. He has briefed and argued dozens of cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Courts of Appeal.
Mr. Babcock has successfully tried everything from murder cases in state court, to wire fraud and RICO gang cases in federal court.
